The Citizens' Oversight Committee (COC) is an advisory body tasked with the review of Measure A half-cent sales tax-related revenues and expenditures of TAM. The COC is composed of members who are private citizens residing in Marin County and who collectively represent its diversity. The committee consists of representatives from and nominated by:

TAM IS LOOKING FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE CITIZENS' OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE
Applicants are being sought for vacancies on the Transportation Authority of Marin's Citizen's Oversight Committee (COC), a group that reviews Measure A sales tax-related expenditures of TAM. The COC is composed of 12 members and 12 alternates who are private citizens and reside in Marin County, who collectively represent the diversity of Marin County, and who have no economic interest in TAM's projects. Members serve four-year terms and will be required to comply with the disclosure and conflict of interest requirements of the Political Reform Act of 1974.
