The Transportation Authority of Marin (TAM) facilitated a coordinated update of the County of Marin and all cities' and towns' bicycle and pedestrian plans during 2007 and 2008. Each local agency managed its own public outreach effort and local adoption of the plan. The effort was funded by TDA Article 3 funds.
