TAM's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) is a 13 member committee of Marin County residents charged with advising TAM on bicycle and pedestrian transportation issues. Specifically, this committee advises the TAM Executive Director on candidate projects for the State Transportation Development Act (TDA) Article 3 and Regional Bicycle/Pedestrian funding and on the routine accommodation of bicycle and pedestrian needs in the funding of transportation infrastructure improvement.
