DESCRIPTION:Effective May 16\, 2022\, the Citizen’s Oversight Committee (COC) meetings will be conducted in-person at the TAM Offices at 900 Fifth Avenue\, Suite 100\, San Rafael\, CA 94901. Attendance will be limited to 50 percent of room capacity (no more than 30 persons) and all in-person attendees are required to wear face coverings and socially distance as recommended by public health authorities and in consideration of input from meeting attendees.
