TAM Board and Executive Committee Meetings Schedule
When: Board meetings are generally the 4th Thursday of the month.
Executive Committee meetings are generally the 2nd Monday of the month.

The Executive Committee meetings will be conducted in-person in the TAM Conference Room. Members of the public may participate in-person or virtually via Zoom.
Citizens' Oversight Committee Meeting
When: 5/20/24
The Citizens’ Oversight Committee meeting will be conducted in-person in the TAM Conference Room. Members of the public may participate in-person or virtually via Zoom.
Board of Commissioners Meeting
When: 5/23/24
The Board of Commissioners meeting will be conducted in-person at the Marin County Civic Center. Members of the public may participate in-person or virtually via Zoom.
State Route 37 Policy Meetings
The State Route 37 Policy Committee meets periodically throughout the year. The 2024 meeting schedule is as follows:

SR-37 Weekend Closures beginning April 19
Caltrans is scheduled to alternately close eastbound and westbound State Route 37 (SR-37) on four consecutive weekends starting the weekend of Friday, April 19. Click here for details on the 55-hour weekend closures.
RFP for Compliance Audit
TAM is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to conduct compliance audits for the ½-Cent Transportation Sales Tax program. The proposals must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10 for consideration. Click for details.
RFP for VMT Toolkit
TAM is requesting proposals from qualified firms to develop a VMT Reduction/Mobility Enhancement Toolkit to assist local agencies in identifying and quantifying mitigations to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) VMT transportation impacts and improve multimodal transportation to serve Marin’s residents, especially those in equity priority communities. Proposals must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7 for consideration. Click for details.
Take a Virtual Tour of the SR-37 Corridor!
MTC, Caltrans and project partners teamed up to develop a comprehensive video tour of the State Route 37 project corridor. The video gives an overview of the complexity of the corridor and the multi-county efforts to develop near- and long-term solutions.
