The TAM Executive Committees are a subset of the TAM Board Of Commissioners, which meets on the second monday of the month in TAM’s offices. There are two TAM Executive Committees:
- Program And Projects Committee
- Administration/Finance/Legislation/Planning Committee
The two-committee structure allows staff to engage more TAM board members, bring more items forward for discussion and provide more detail on agency issues and decisions. Overall, it brings a broader contextual framework to the decisions the TAM board is asked to make.
The executive committees both are comprised of a subset of the TAM Board of Commissioners and meet on the third Monday of every other month (even-numbered months) in TAM’s offices, located at 900 Fifth Avenue, Ste 100, San Rafael, CA, 94901.
- Program/Projects Committee Meeting: 2:00-3:30 p.m.
- Administration/Finance/Legislation/Planning Committee Meeting: 3:30-5:00 p.m.
