Overview

The TAM Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) is an advisory committee to TAM’s Executive Director that meets as needed. It was established in May 2008 as mandated by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) to advise on candidate project applications for state Transportation Development Act Article 3 (TDA) and Regional Transportation Funds for Clean Air (TFCA) funds, and also advised on other funding and programs.
