2017 RFQ/RFP For Environmental and Design Services for the MSN B1 Phase 2 and A4 Segments

The Transportation Authority of Marin (TAM) has released an RFQ/RFP for a highway design project. We are inviting interested consulting firms to consider providing professional services to further develop and advance the design of the Highway 101 Marin-Sonoma Narrows project (MSN) within Marin County. The scope of services requested includes but is not limited to preparation of environmental revalidation documents, plans, specifications, and estimates for segments A4 and B1 Phase 2.

RFQ’s/RFP’s are due Monday, July 17, 2017 by 4:00 PM.

The Pre-Submittal Meeting is scheduled for July 5, 2017 at 1:30 PM. The Meeting will be held TAM office located at 900 5th Avenue, Suite 100, San Rafael, CA. A brief summary of project will be presented and TAM’s Project Manager will be available for questions. Consultants and sub-consultants are strongly encouraged to attend.

The Transportation Authority of Marin (TAM) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide financial advisory services.

A copy of the RFP is available for downloading. You may also obtain a hard copy by contacting Grace Zhuang at (415)226-0827 or by emailing her at gzhuang@tam.ca.gov.

Please deliver one unbound proposal plus four copies to TAM’s office no later than 3:00 p.m., on Friday, June 23, 2017.  This deadline is firm, and late submittals will not be accepted.

Potential respondents are encouraged to register an email address with TAM so that we can provide you with updated information timely as well as summary of questions from potential respondents and TAM’s responses to the questions. You can register your email address via email to Grace Zhuang at gzhuang@tam.ca.gov.  A confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you once your registration request is received.  If you have any questions regarding the proposal, email is the preferred method of communication.
