How to provide comment on agenda items:
- Before the meeting: email your comments to [email protected]. Please email your comments no later than 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 19, 2020 to facilitate timely distribution to Committee members. Please include the agenda item number you are addressing and your name and address. Your comments will be forwarded to the TAM COC members and will be placed into the public record.
- During the meeting (only): Your meeting-related comments may be sent to [email protected] During the meeting your comments will be read (300 word limit per comment) when the specific agenda item is considered by the Committee. Your comment will also become part of the public record. In order to ensure staff receives your comment during the meeting, it is recommended that you send your comment using [email protected] early in the meeting.
- During the meeting (only): If watching this meeting online, click on the “raise hand” feature in the webinar controls. This will notify TAM staff that you would like to comment. If participating by phone, “raise hand” on Zoom by pressing *9 and wait to be called upon by the Chair or the Clerk to speak. Ensure that you are in a quiet environment with no background noise. You will be notified that your device has been unmuted when it is your turn to speak. You may be notified prior to your allotted time being over. Your comments will also become part of the public record.
